Affiliate Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to RDY DIGITAL’s Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Policy. This policy constitutes a legal agreement between you (the “Affiliate”) and RDY DIGITAL PTY LTD (“RDY DIGITAL”). Please read this document carefully before signing up.

2. Affiliate Program Overview
The RDY DIGITAL Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to RDY DIGITAL. You will receive a 30% commission on all sales made through your unique referral link. This includes ongoing monthly sales, except for our Virtual Assistant Recruitment services.

3. Commission Details

– Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 30% commission on all sales generated through their referral link. This rate applies to both one-time and recurring payments, excluding Virtual Assistant Recruitment services.

– Exclusions: Commissions are not applicable to Virtual Assistant Recruitment services. These services are hired on a user basis and are separate from our other offerings. Consequently, we cannot apply a commission to these services.

4. Referral Tracking and Adjustments

– Referral Tracking: All referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. If a client claims they were referred by you but was not tracked, you may request a referral adjustment.

– Adjustment Requests: Referral adjustment requests must be submitted within 30 days of the referred client’s sign-up date. The referred client must confirm their referral with RDY DIGITAL. Upon confirmation, the referral record will be updated accordingly.

5. Payment and Withdrawal

– Commission Payments: Commissions will be paid based on the sales generated through your referral link. Payments are processed on a monthly basis.

– Withdrawal Limits and Options: RDY DIGITAL reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits and options at any time. Current limits and options will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard.

6. Policy Changes

– Affiliate Policy Updates: RDY DIGITAL reserves the right to amend this Affiliate Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to new affiliates or new sales made after the policy update. Existing affiliates will retain their current terms unless otherwise stated.

– Notification of Changes: We will notify you of significant policy changes via email or through our website.

7. Program Termination

– Termination by RDY DIGITAL: RDY DIGITAL reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program if we determine that the affiliate has violated the policy or engaged in fraudulent activities.

– Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to RDY DIGITAL. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited unless otherwise specified.

8. Responsibilities and Conduct

– Accurate Information: Affiliates must ensure that all information provided in their promotional activities and communications is accurate and truthful.

– Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and data protection.

9. Limitation of Liability

RDY DIGITAL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned and owed to you.

10. Governing Law
This Affiliate Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
