3. Refunds

3.1. Electronic Services
No refunds are provided for any electronic services. This includes, but is not limited to, web hosting, app hosting, servers, domains, and email services.

3.2. Design & Development Services
For our design and development services, we provide unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. However, we do not offer refunds for:

– Projects that do not meet their deadlines. Timelines are approximate and may be affected by client requests, additional information provided during the project, and the iterative nature of revisions. Extended timelines may occur, and refunds are not provided in such cases.

3.3. Graphic Design
Refunds are not available for graphic design services. We provide unlimited revisions to meet your requirements, with the understanding that additional revisions may extend the project timeline.

3.4. Digital Marketing
Refunds are not provided for digital marketing services. By using our digital marketing services, you acknowledge and accept our earnings disclaimer. Results vary based on industry, business, and individual efforts.

3.5. Virtual Assistants Recruitment
Refunds are not available for virtual assistants recruitment services. If you are dissatisfied with a hired virtual assistant, we will attempt to re-hire, but you are responsible for training and integrating the new hire. If an assistant leaves or is terminated, we will provide a replacement.

3.6. Addon Services
Refunds are not available for addon services such as website maintenance. If we are unable to resolve a problem or error, we will offer a credit to your account.

4. Credits and Account Management

– Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a project, you may sell it onward. We can assist in selling an online business created by us for a commission, or alternatively, provide account credit for use on another project.

– Hosting Services: If you select the incorrect hosting service, we may provide a credit for the remaining month to adjust your service, though refunds are not available.
